We are the leading eCommerce player in our industry sector and have been in business since 2005, servicing over 40,000 clients throughout South Africa and beyond. We specialise in the manufacture/engraving/printing/finishing of customised and personalised products. Our eCommerce stable currently includes RubberStampSA.co.za, NameBadgeSA.co.za, BusinessCardSA.co.za, PlanPrintSA.co.za and StickerandLabelSA.co.za.
In 2019, we branched out into the Corporate Gifting and Branded Promotional Items space, under the brand Londonderry and Brook (YourBrandSolution.co.za).
What you will be doing:
Your primary role will be to process orders coming through our various webshops and via email. You will jump into action as soon as a paid order is assigned to you. You will need to capture the order/invoicing details and draw up a proof in some instances. Once the client gives you the go-ahead, you will send the order to production and monitor its progress until it is ready for dispatch.
We don’t expect you to come in with any prior work experience for this role. We will offer you full training on all our systems, software and processes. You will also get full training on Corel Draw – the software that we use to create/recreate most of the artwork for our clients.
What we are looking for in the ideal candidate:
- Somebody who has recently finished school
- Fit and Healthy, with lots of energy and a zest for life
- You need to know your way around a computer already
- Quick and eager to learn
- The ability to focus exclusively on the task at hand
- Attention to detail is very important
- Excellent written English and ideally the ability to type reasonably quickly
- Your own transport. Alternatively you should stay close to us (Hillcrest) and have a reliable lift
*Being able to confidently answer incoming client calls from time to time will be an advantage.
Starting Date and Salary:
This role is available immediately and we are offering a starting salary of R5,000 per month.
